| 1. | A $60 fee, payable to Bedford Woods Stables, is required for any students wanting to go to a show. This needs to be paid one week prior to the show. For the August 25th show the fee needs to be paid by August 18th. For the September 22nd show the fee needs to be paid by September 15th. This fee includes transporting the horse to and from the show, Debbi coaching the students throughout the day, getting the tack to and from the show, and keeping the students organized throughout the day.

| 2. | Entry fees are payable to Stonehaven Farms and are also due one week prior to any show. Again, for the August 25th show the fees need to be paid by August 18th. For the September 22nd show the fees need to be paid by September 15th. Classes are $12 each and there is a $5 administrative cost for each person. There is a cancellation fee of $2 per class if you decide not to show. Debbi will go over the entry form with each rider to make sure the appropriate classes are entered.

| 3. | Attire:
Riders are not required to have show clothes, but jeans, T-shirts
and chaps are not allowed. Riders must have boots with a 1/2"
to 1" heel and riding helmets. (We encourage riders to purchase
their own black velvet helmets, but Bedford Woods will provide helmets
to anyone who does not have their own.) Students who do not have show clothes should wear close fitting leggings, stretch pants or stirrup pants in a conservative solid color and a blouse or polo shirt that must be tucked into the pants. Riding gloves are recommended, but not required. Students should ride in the pants and boots that they will be wearing in the show for a lesson or two, to get used to them. Debbi can answer any questions if you have them. (When in doubt, ask!)
